Ashlee Lucarevski earned a Master of Social Work and a post-graduate certification in Cognitive Behavior Therapy from Florida Atlantic University. Before coming to Wayside House, she worked as an outpatient therapist for Chrysalis Health in Palm Beach County where she worked in schools and private homes. During that time, she provided individual and family mental health counseling services to children, teens and adults.
Ashlee facilitated individual and family therapy that encompassed interpersonal relationships, family systems, trauma, sexuality, and addictions. As an intern she worked at Palm Beach State College where she provided individual and group therapy to the students who matriculated there. She has working experience with CBT, Trauma-Focused CBT, Mindfulness, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy. She is now working towards completing her Ph.D in Clinical Sexology with a focus on addictions.
