Executive Director: Jill Reece, LPC, ICRC, LICDC, CAC
Jill has over 25 years experience working in the field of addiction as a therapist, clinincal administrator and Executive Director. Her experience includes the special treatment populations of women's issues, dual diagnosis, cocaine addiction, family and eating disorders treatment. She believes that Wayside House must "instill the hope of recovery until the women of Wayside discover it for themselves; I hope they stay with us until that miracle happens."

Clinical Coordinator: Deb Harmon, MS, CAP
Deb came to Wayside House in 2002 after many years in the chemical dependency field. She is the Clinincal Coordinator and also facilitates the weekly Family Group which helps to educate family members about addiction. "Working at Wayside has been a wonderful experience for me. I have seen how well the Wayside House program works because it focuses on the specific needs of women who are struggling with addiction.

Coordinator of Outpatient Services: Rose Marie Amico, LMFT
Rose Marie has been working with children and families since 1986. She has been successful in helping women in recovery and believes by involving children and families in treatment, women can better rehabilitate, creating a community where children and families reach their full potential. "Because of Wayside's dedication to addicted women and their potential for a positive future in society, working here has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my career."


Coordinator of Residential Services: Michele Axton
Michele has 22 years experience relating to women with substance abuse problems. Michele says, "My job is to nourish the clients mentally, spiritually, as well as physically, and to bring hope through the power of example."


Admissions Coordinator: Chris Norrholm, RHT, CBHT
Chris is humbly known as "the clerk" at Wayside House. Chris officially handles medical records and orientation but she is also a vital, integral part of each client's recovery as she is usually their first introduction to Wayside. She is equally important to staff members and alumni.
