This workshop helps the participant build her knowledge, skills and confidence to increase the chances of a successful interview. Conducted by a hiring manager and a human resources professional, this workshop gives the participant an understanding of what an interview is, the different types of interviews and what to do before, during and after an interview. Discussions are held on how to answer different types of interview questions. The job application process is also reviewed and participants complete a sample application. The workshop culminates in a practice interview, in which the participant receives actionable feedback. The workshop is highly interactive and allows time to address specific participant concerns. Three sessions of two-hour-per-week.
