Orientation

The journey of recovery begins with orientation. Weekly presentations introduce women and their families to the various opportunities offered by Wayside House. We know that addiction robs us of our pride, our self-esteem and our courage. First steps can be the hardest.

Orientation is designed to help take the uncertainty out of those first steps. It provides a comprehensive picture of Wayside House, the services we offer, treatment levels available and the assessment process. You will also learn what will be expected of you and what you can expect from us. Information will include: program fees and expectations for payment; medical documentation requirements; client rights, client rules; rules regarding personal property; dress code, and code of honor.

If you are interested in applying for admission to treatment at the end of orientation you will be scheduled for a clinical screening, assessment and financial interview.

Orientation meets once a week, Tuesdays promptly at 10:00 am. Please contact Chris Norrholm at (561) 278-0055 for questions or directions.
