Assessment

Assessment is the foundation for treatment planning. It is based on the American Society of Addiction Medicine Patient Placement Criteria (ASAM). This determines the appropriateness of treatment and level of care. Women who are not eligible for placement at Wayside House will be referred to another facility that will better serve your recovery.

Assessments can be scheduled Monday through Friday, 8:30 am until 5:00 pm.
